WEEKLY MAINTENANCE

Every week your pool will be skimmed, the water chemistry will be analyzed and balanced, the baskets will be emptied and the equipment will be inspected. As necessary your pool will be vacuumed, brushed, and the filter backwashed. We take pride in our service and it is our #1 goal to make sure your pool is clean, crystal clear, and ready to enjoy at any moment.

Additional costs may include:

• Disassemble, clean and inspect filter. Once sometimes twice a year depending on the pool.
• Conditioner once a year
• Chlorine tablets- we offer the choice of either providing you with tablets or you can provide your own. 

Salt water pools only:

• Disassemble, clean and inspect salt cell when necessary.
• Salt- Most salt systems require 2800-3400 parts per million. Bags of salt will need to be added periodically.

One time Clean

We will do whatever it takes to get your pool sparkling again. Whether it needs a thorough clean up to get it ready for the weekend or a party, or full of algae, we can get it from green to clean.

Acid wash

This is for plaster surfaces only. What an acid wash does is take a thin layer of plaster off the surface, exposing the full potential of the existing plaster. Included in this service is draining the pool, acid washing the entire surface, filling the pool, cleaning the filter and conditioning the water. Results vary. A visual inspection will be necessary.
